Hey Tesla enthusiasts! With the recent updates to the Tesla App, particularly the new user interface for selecting areas that need service, I'm curious to hear your thoughts. How do you think these improvements will impact your overall service experience?
Do you believe that making it easier to identify and report issues will lead to quicker resolutions, or do you think there are still hurdles Tesla needs to overcome in their service process? Also, for those of you who own a Model 3 or Model Y, have you had a chance to use this new feature yet? What was your experience like?
